Tabbetha “Tabby” McDowell, 58, of Clearwater Florida passed away at Mease Hospital on June 27th, 2024. She was born in Hempstead, NY on April 12th, 1966 to Theodore and Roberta Brown.
Tabbetha is preceded in death by her husband, Bruce McDowell and her brother Theodore Brown. She is survived by her siblings, Daphne (Rodney) Collins, Tammy Brown, Edward Brown and April (Joseph) Grasso, along with many nieces and nephews.
Tabbetha will be remembered for her caring personality. She will be deeply missed.
A memorial service will be held at Best Care Chapel, 15381 Roosevelt Blvd, Clearwater Fl 33760 on July 23rd, 2024 at 11:30AM.

Tabby was a good friend and she will be fondly thought of everyday. I have so many little things around my home, yard everywhere I look there’s something she gave us and I think of her. We had a rough start In time we became friends. I miss you T. Rest easy…Until we meet again.

So sorry for your loss. To be diagnosed with health issues is one thing but to have no time to try and do something about it twice as difficult.
