Joseph Patrick Paulino, age 76 passed away Monday, May 20, 2024. Born on March 18, 1948, in Bound Brook, New Jersey. He was a graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Maryland. Joe was a United States Air Force Veteran and retired from the State of Florida Department of Correction as a probation officer. He is preceded in death by his parents Joseph & Noreen Paulino and two sisters Nora Jane Russo and Patricia Irene Rodriguez. He is survived by a daughter, Melisa (Darren) Davies (Berkshire UK), Mark (Monica) Paulino (Weeki Wachee); one sister Beth (Scott) Galvin (Spring Hill), a nephew, Kristopher (Sarah) Galvin (Westminster, CO) and three grandchildren: Sophear and James Davies and Samantha Paulino. A memorial service is planned for a future date at the National Cemetery in Bushnell. In lieu of flowers, the family ask a contribution to be make in his name to the American Lung Association.

I remember Paulino as I called him from work with DOC. His gruff New York voice an manner was him. Rest easy old colleague. Prayers and condolences to his family
Joe and I worked together back in the early 80’s for the Florida Department of Corrections as community control officers. As years passed, we worked in separate offices. I can remember the good times we had as if were yesterday. My deepest condolences to his family and friends.
Rest in Peace, Joe, very sad.
